Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. Duck Fat, Melted
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Dried Sage
- 1 tsp. Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp. Dried Rosemary, Crushed
- 1 tsp. Bay Leaf, Crushed
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
Direction
- Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F.
- Mix salt, black pepper, sage, thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, garlic powder, and onion powder to create French herb blend.
- Lightly oil the duck legs with the duck fat. Toss the duck legs with the French herb blend.
- Place in the air fryer skin side down and cook for 15 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until it reaches165 degrees.
- Let duck legs rest for 5 minutes then serve.
