Air Fryer French Herbed Duck Legs

You can prepare French Herbed Duck Legs in your air fryer in just about 30 minutes. Our tasty duck legs are seasoned with a variety of herbs and spices to create a mouth watering main dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. Duck Fat, Melted
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Dried Sage
  • 1 tsp. Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp. Dried Rosemary, Crushed
  • 1 tsp. Bay Leaf, Crushed
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder

Direction

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F.
  • Mix salt, black pepper, sage, thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, garlic powder, and onion powder to create French herb blend.
  • Lightly oil the duck legs with the duck fat. Toss the duck legs with the French herb blend.
  • Place in the air fryer skin side down and cook for 15 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until it reaches165 degrees.
  • Let duck legs rest for 5 minutes then serve.
