Ingredients
- 1 Roast Half Duck , Defrosted
- 1 Can Premade Pizza Dough
- 1 Tbsp. Baking Soda
- 1 Eggs, Beaten with 1 Tbsp Water Added
- 1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
- ½ Cup Water
- 6 oz. Cheddar, Cubed
- Mustard for Dipping
Direction
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place Roast Half Duck on a baking sheet then bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Shred and chop Roast Half Duck into bite size pieces
- Roll out dough and cut into 12 Pieces. Place 1 Tbsp. Roast Half Duck and one cube on each piece of dough. Fold dough over and seal edges together.
- Heat ½ water for 1 minute then stir in baking soda.
- Brush baking soda water mix over each pretzel bite. Let stand for about 5 minutes.
- Brush pretzel bites with egg wash and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with mustard for dipping.
