BBQ Beer Duck Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Duck Wings     
  • 1 cup Beer  
  • 1 cup Ketchup     
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar        
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar    
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce        
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard      
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika      
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder

Direction

  • Preheat deep fryer to 350°F.
  • Drop frozen duck wings into the oil and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain.
  • Heat the beer in a saucepan on medium high heat. Reduce by half for 5-10 minutes.
  • Mix in ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire, mustard, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Toss duck wings in sauce and serve immediately.
