Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Duck Wings
- 1 cup Beer
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
Direction
- Preheat deep fryer to 350°F.
- Drop frozen duck wings into the oil and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain.
- Heat the beer in a saucepan on medium high heat. Reduce by half for 5-10 minutes.
- Mix in ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire, mustard, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Toss duck wings in sauce and serve immediately.
