Ingredients
- 12 oz. Ground Duck
- 8 oz. Ground Chicken
- 8 oz. Ground Turkey
- 2/3 cup Panko
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 4 Slices of Cheddar Cheese
- 4 Lettuce Leaves
- 1 Tomato, Thinly Sliced
- ½ Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 4 Brioche Buns
- Ketchup and Mustard
Direction
- Preheat grill to medium high heat.
- Mix ground duck, ground chicken, ground turkey, panko, and garlic.
- Form into 4 large patties and generously coat with salt and pepper.
- Add patties to the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. In the last few minutes, add on cheddar slices to melt.
- Cut buns in half and toast on the grill.
- Place burgers on buns and top with lettuce, tomato, red onion, ketchup, and mustard. Serve immediately.
