Ingredients
- 2 Duck Leg Confit, Defrosted
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- ¾ Cup Hot Sauce
- ¾ Cup Ranch
- ½ Cup Bleu Cheese Crumbles
- Green Onions, Thinly Sliced for Garnish
Direction
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake Duck Confit for 15 minutes.
- Shred and chop confit into bite-size pieces.
- In a cast iron pan on low heat, mix cream cheese, ranch, and hot sauce combined. Simmer for 2-3 minutes then mix in duck confit and blue cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with scallions and serve.
