Buffalo Duck Dip

Do you want to make buffalo chicken dip even tastier? Try it with duck instead! Our Duck Leg Confit takes this dish to another level.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • ¾ Cup Hot Sauce
  • ¾ Cup Ranch
  • ½ Cup Bleu Cheese Crumbles
  • Green Onions, Thinly Sliced for Garnish

Direction

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake Duck Confit for 15 minutes.
  • Shred and chop confit into bite-size pieces.
  • In a cast iron pan on low heat, mix cream cheese, ranch, and hot sauce combined. Simmer for 2-3 minutes then mix in duck confit and blue cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Garnish with scallions and serve.
