Ingredients
- 1 Roast Half Duck
- 1 Tbsp. Duck Fat, melted
- 6-8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 Ears Sweet Corn, Shucked
- 1 Tbsp. St. Elmo’s cocktail sauce
- Salt to taste
- Metal Skewers
Direction
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place Roast Half Duck skin side down on grill. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Brush corn with duck fat. Add corn and cook, turning frequently for 15 minutes or until charred.
- Flip roast half and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Place shrimp on skewers. Place on the grill and cook for 2 minutes per side.
- Salt corn to taste. Brush St. Elmo’s Sauce on shrimp. Serve duck, shrimp, and corn on a platter together.
