Indiana Mixed Grill

Looking for a great excuse to fire up the grill? Try this Indiana themed dish! Using the perfectly prepared Roast Half Duck and corn lathered in Duck Fat, this quintessential Hoosier recipe is a quick and delicious weeknight meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 Roast Half Duck
  • 1 Tbsp. Duck Fat, melted
  • 6-8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 Ears Sweet Corn, Shucked
  • 1 Tbsp. St. Elmo’s cocktail sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Metal Skewers

Direction

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place Roast Half Duck skin side down on grill. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Brush corn with duck fat. Add corn and cook, turning frequently for 15 minutes or until charred.
  • Flip roast half and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Place shrimp on skewers. Place on the grill and cook for 2 minutes per side.
  • Salt corn to taste. Brush St. Elmo’s Sauce on shrimp. Serve duck, shrimp, and corn on a platter together.
