Ingredients
- 2 Roast Half Duck , Defrosted
- 10 Corn Tortillas
- 2 Large White Onions,Finely Diced
- 4 oz. Cotija Cheese
- 2 Bunch Cilantro,Finely Chopped
- Salsa Verde for Garnish
Direction
- Preheat deep fryer to 350 degrees. Deep fry roast half duck for 3-5 minutes. Let cool.
- Shred duck into bite size pieces.
- Heat tortillas in a pan, 30 seconds per side.
- Add shredded duck. Top with white onion, cilantro, and cotija.
- Garnish with salsa verde.
