Ingredients
- 8 oz.Duck Bacon,Defrosted
- 2 lbs. Fresh Green Beans,Trimmed
- 4 Cloves Garlic,Minced
- 1 Shallot,Finely Diced
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 tsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 cup French Fried Onions
Direction
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Bring pot of water to boil. Blanch green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes and place in ice bath.
- Cut green beans in half.
- Finely dice duck bacon slices.
- In sauté pan on medium heat, fry diced duck bacon for 2 to 3 minutes with garlic and shallot.
- In large casserole dish, combine duck bacon sauté mixture with cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and 2/3 cup fried onions. Mix well.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle remaining fried onions and bake for 5 more minutes.
- Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes and serve.
