Ingredients
- 1/2 cupDuck Fat,Defrosted
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 8 cups Rice Chex Cereal
- 13/4 cup Powdered Sugar
Direction
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add duck fat, chocolate chips, and peanut butter.
- Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Continue microwaving and stirring in 30 second intervals until melted.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Add rice Chex to large mixing bowl. Pour melted chocolate mixture over cereal and stir until coated.
- Transfer mix to zip bag. Add powdered sugar and shake until well coated.
- Place in refrigerator for 5 minutes to cool, then serve.
