Ingredients
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 12 oz. Ground Duck,Defrosted
- ½ tsp. Ground Sage
- 1/2 tsp. Thyme
- ¼ tsp. Chili Powder
- ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
- ¼ tsp. Black Pepper
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 6 Eggs
- 6 slices White bread
- 1.5 cups Milk
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Direction
- Mix ground duck, sage, thyme, chili powder, cayenne, pepper, and ¼ tsp. salt to create duck sausage.
- With a mixer, beat eggs with milk, 1/4 tsp. salt and mustard. Pour mixture into a casserole pan.
- Cube bread. Mix in bread, cheese, and duck sausage into the casserole pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes and serve warm.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In skillet on medium-high heat, brown duck sausage for 5 to 10 minutes.
