Duck Breast Rollups

Our savory duck breast is filled with garlic, spinach, and provolone slices all rolled together and placed on the fire. Add a piece of Duck Bacon on top of the other ingredients before rolling it all together for an crispy surprise!

Ingredients

  • 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 8 slices Provolone Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon
  • 3/4 Cup Spinach
  • 4-8 Metal Skewers

Direction

  • Preheat your fire and grill to medium high heat.
  • Place duck bacon over the fire and cook for 1-2 minutes per side.
  • Remove the skin from each duck breast. Flatten each duck breast with a meat tenderizer.
  • Brush Dijon mustard over each duck breast. Top with garlic, spinach, then provolone slices.
  • Place a slice of duck bacon on each duck breast then roll up duck breast and secure with 2 metal skewers.
  • Place the rollups on the grill with the rollup seal side up and meat side down. Grill for 7 minutes, flip and grill for 3 more minutes. Ensure duck reaches 165 degrees F temperature.
  • Let rest for 3 minutes then serve.
