Duck Confit Queso

It's creamy, melty & loaded with tender, shredded Duck Leg Confit and a hint of smoky flavor. This queso is perfect for dipping, drizzling or devouring by the spoonful.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Grated Oaxaca Cheese
  • Cilantro & Lime for Garnish
  • Tortillas for Serving

Direction

  • Preheat a cast iron on the grill to medium heat.
  • Shred duck confit into bite size pieces. Reserve the duck fat in the package.
  • In the cast iron, pour out the duck fat from the package. Add confit meat and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add Oaxaca cheese over duck confit and melt until bubbly for 5-10 minutes.
  • Serve with tortillas and cilantro and lime on the side.
