- 2 cups Grated Oaxaca Cheese
- Cilantro & Lime for Garnish
- Tortillas for Serving
Direction
- Preheat a cast iron on the grill to medium heat.
- Shred duck confit into bite size pieces. Reserve the duck fat in the package.
- In the cast iron, pour out the duck fat from the package. Add confit meat and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add Oaxaca cheese over duck confit and melt until bubbly for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve with tortillas and cilantro and lime on the side.
