Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- ½ White Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Curry Powder, Plus Extra for Garnish
- 2 tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Mustard
Direction
- Heat the oil on medium heat in a sauce pan. Add in onion cook until softened about 3-4 minutes. Add in garlic and curry powder and sauté until fragrant for about 30 seconds.
- Add in ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, paprika, cayenne, salt and mustard. Mix until well blended.
- Remove from heat and place mixture in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
- Air fry frozen French fries with 1 tsp. of duck fat at 400 degrees F for 10-15 minutes (or according to packaging directions if available)
- Grill or Sauté Duck Brats for 2-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Slice into small pieces.
- Coat brats with curry ketchup and serve with duck fat fries on the side. Garnish with extra curry powder.
