Ingredients
- 4 oz. Bleu Cheese Crumbles
- 1 Roast Half Duck , Defrosted
- 8 oz.Duck Bacon,Defrosted
- 2 Tbsp. Duck Fat
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese,Softened
- 6 Cloves of Garlic,Minced
- 1 French Baguette,Sliced
Direction
- Preheat oven to 375°F and bake roast half duck for 15 to 20 minutes. Allow to cool.
- In frying pan on medium-high heat, cook duck bacon for 1 to 2 minutes per side.
- Shred roast half duck and dice duck bacon into bite size pieces.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In large bowl, combine roast duck, duck bacon crumbles, cream cheese, bleu cheese crumbles, and garlic.
- Brush both sides of baguette slices with duck fat and lay out on a large baking sheet. Top each slice with 1 to 2 tbsp. of duck mix.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
