Ingredients
- 6 Prepared Focaccia Bread Rounds, 7"
- 12 oz Sun-dried Tomato Marinara Sauce
- 12 oz Sun-dried Tomatoes
- 12 oz Provolone Cheese, sliced
- 6 oz Garlic Cloves, roasted
- 2 Maple Leaf Farms Boneless Duck Breasts , skin removed and cooked according to package directions ( Can substitute Ground Duck Meat , Roast Half Duck or Pulled Duck Leg Meat )
- 3 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary, minced
Direction
- To cook the duck breast follow the directions on the package.
- Cut the cooked duck breast into bite-sized pieces.
- Spread 2 ounces of marinara sauce on focaccia. Top with sun-dried tomatoes, provolone cheese slices, roasted garlic cloves and duck.
- Sprinkle with minced rosemary.
- Place on sheet pan and bake at 400°F for 13-15 minutes.
