Duck Focaccia Pizza

Ready within half an hour, this pizza's focaccia crust is permeated with sun-dried tomato marinara and pairs perfectly with duck!

Ingredients

  • 6 Prepared Focaccia Bread Rounds, 7"
  • 12 oz Sun-dried Tomato Marinara Sauce
  • 12 oz Sun-dried Tomatoes
  • 12 oz Provolone Cheese, sliced
  • 6 oz Garlic Cloves, roasted
  • 3 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary, minced

Direction

  • To cook the duck breast follow the directions on the package.
  • Cut the cooked duck breast into bite-sized pieces.
  • Spread 2 ounces of marinara sauce on focaccia. Top with sun-dried tomatoes, provolone cheese slices, roasted garlic cloves and duck.
  • Sprinkle with minced rosemary.
  • Place on sheet pan and bake at 400°F for 13-15 minutes.
