Ingredients
- 5 - 10 slices Maple Leaf Farms Smoked Duck Bacon ( Roast Half Duck , Pulled Duck Meat , or Boneless Duck Breasts can be substituted. )
- 4 Prepared Pizza Crusts, 6"
- 1 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 Red Pepper, roasted and coarsely chopped
- 1 cup Green Pepper, coarsely chopped and sautéed
- 1 cup Mushrooms, coarsely chopped and sautéed
- 1 cup White Onion, coarsely chopped and sautéed
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Green Onions, 1/4" diagonal slice
Direction
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook duck bacon according to package directions and chop into 1-inch pieces. Set aside.
- Sprinkle 3/4 cup cheese on crusts. Top each crust with red peppers, green peppers, mushrooms, white onions and duck bacon.
- Make a small well in the center of each pizza and crack one egg in each. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheddar cheese.
- Place on sheet pan and bake for 8-10 minutes, until egg is cooked to sunny side up.
- Sprinkle with green onions and serve immediately.
