Ingredients
- 1 Roast Half Duck , Defrosted
- 8 Biscuits, Uncooked
- 8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
- ½ Cup Pizza Sauce
- 16 Pepperoni
- ¼ Cup Parsley, Finely Chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 3 Tbsp. Butter, Melted
Direction
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Shred Roast Half Duck and cut mozzarella cheese into 1 oz. cubes.
- Flatten each biscuit out on a cutting board. In the middle of each biscuit, add in 1 Tbsp. Pizza Sauce, 1 oz. Mozzarella, 2 pepperoni, and 1 ounce of shredded duck meat.
- Press sides of biscuit dough together to form a ball.
- Place duck pizza bombs on a lightly greased pan.
- Mix garlic, butter, and 2 tbsp. parsley together to create garlic butter. Brush each pizza bomb with garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Garnish with extra parsley and serve.
