- 12 Oz. Ground Duck
- ½ Cup Panko
- ½ White Onion, Minced
- ½ Tsp Pepper
- Hoisin Sauce
- Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
- Broccoli
- Mushrooms
- Frying Oil
- Fondue Pot
- Fondue Skewers
Direction
- Cube the raw duck breast into pieces.
- Mix the ground duck with panko and onion. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Shred roast half duck into large bite size pieces
- Fill fondue pot with oil and set to 375 degrees F.
- Carefully place duck breast cubes, duck meatballs, roast half duck pieces, broccoli, and mushrooms on fondue skewers.
- Cook duck breast and duck meatballs in hot oil for 1-2 minutes or until brown.
- Cook roast half duck in hot oil for 30 second to a minute.
- Cook vegetables in hot oil for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with sweet thai chili and hoisin sauce.
