Duck Fondue

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Panko
  • ½ White Onion, Minced
  • ½ Tsp Pepper
  • Hoisin Sauce
  • Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
  • Broccoli
  • Mushrooms
  • Frying Oil
  • Fondue Pot
  • Fondue Skewers

Direction

  • Cube the raw duck breast into pieces.
  • Mix the ground duck with panko and onion. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  • Shred roast half duck into large bite size pieces
  • Fill fondue pot with oil and set to 375 degrees F.
  • Carefully place duck breast cubes, duck meatballs, roast half duck pieces, broccoli, and mushrooms on fondue skewers.
  • Cook duck breast and duck meatballs in hot oil for 1-2 minutes or until brown.
  • Cook roast half duck in hot oil for 30 second to a minute.
  • Cook vegetables in hot oil for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve with sweet thai chili and hoisin sauce.
