Duck Meatballs (Dog Friendly)

Keep things simple and delicious with ground duck meatballs! Add in some noodles and sauce for yourself and save the unseasoned leftovers for your furry friend (people and dog friendly).

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Ground Duck
  • 1/3 Cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ Cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1 tbsp. basil

Direction

  • Mix ground duck, breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, and basil. Roll mixture in to 12 meatballs.
  • Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Cook meatballs, turning frequently, for 8-10 minutes or until temperature reached 165 degrees.
  • Let cool before serving. Serve to your pup or to your friends and family over pasta with red sauce.
