Ingredients
- 12 oz. Ground Duck
- 1/3 Cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ Cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp. basil
Direction
- Mix ground duck, breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, and basil. Roll mixture in to 12 meatballs.
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Cook meatballs, turning frequently, for 8-10 minutes or until temperature reached 165 degrees.
- Let cool before serving. Serve to your pup or to your friends and family over pasta with red sauce.
