Ingredients
- 1 tsp. Dried Italian Seasoning
- 1.5 lbs. Ground Duck , Defrosted
- 1 tbsp. Minced Onion
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup Panko
- 1/2 Cup Oats
- 1/2 Cup Tomato Puree
- 1 tbsp. Dried Parsley
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Pepper
- 4 Cloves Garlic,Minced
Direction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Lightly grease pan and shape meat mixture into a loaf on pan.
- Spread remaining tomato puree on top of loaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until loaf reaches 165°F. Let cool, cut into slices, and serve.
- Mix ground duck, onion, egg, panko, oats, ¼ cup tomato puree, parsley, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic in a large bowl.
