Ingredients
Nachos:
- 8 oz Tortilla Chips
- 1 Maple Leaf Farms Roast Half Duck , thawed ( Pulled Duck Leg Meat or Cooked Ground Duck Meat can be substituted. )
- 12 oz Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
Toppings:
- 1 cup Tomato, diced
- Salsa
- Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
- 2 Green Onions, sliced
Direction
Nachos:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Remove meat from roast half duck and chop.
- On an oven-safe platter, place half the chips. Sprinkle with half of the cheese and half of the duck meat.
- Top the first layer with leftover chips, cheese and duck meat.
- Bake nachos about 5 minutes, until cheese melts. Remove from oven.
Toppings:
- Scatter tomatoes on top then drizzle with salsa. Top with dollops of sour cream or yogurt; add sliced green onions.
