Duck Nachos

Duck Nachos are so easy to make with shredded Maple Leaf Farms Roast Half Duck meat. A delicious treat, your family and friends will love!

Ingredients

Nachos:

  • 8 oz Tortilla Chips
  • 12 oz Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded

Toppings:

  • 1 cup Tomato, diced
  • Salsa
  • Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Green Onions, sliced

Direction

Nachos:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Remove meat from roast half duck and chop.
  • On an oven-safe platter, place half the chips. Sprinkle with half of the cheese and half of the duck meat.
  • Top the first layer with leftover chips, cheese and duck meat.
  • Bake nachos about 5 minutes, until cheese melts. Remove from oven.

Toppings:

  • Scatter tomatoes on top then drizzle with salsa. Top with dollops of sour cream or yogurt; add sliced green onions.
