Ingredients
- 24 oz. Ground Duck
- 1 Pack of Hawaiian Rolls
- 1 Sweet Onion Diced
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- 6 Slices of Cheddar
- 6 Slices Mozzarella or Gruyere cheese
- 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/3 Cup Mayo
- 1/3 Cup Mayo
- 1 Tbsp. White Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dried Thyme
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley, Finely Chopped
Direction
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Preheat a pan with 1 Tbsp. butter.
- Cook diced onion in the butter for 7-10 minutes.
- Add in ground duck, salt, and pepper to the pan and cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Combine garlic, mayo, olive oil, white vinegar, and thyme to make garlic aioli.
- Split Hawaiian rolls into top and bottom layers. Place bottom layer in 9” by 13” pan.
- Place layer of mozzarella cheese on the bottom layer of Hawaiian rolls. Top this layer with the duck and onion mix. Drizzle the garlic aioli over the duck mix, then top with the cheddar cheese slices. Place the top bun layer on.
- Melt remaining butter and mix in parsley. Brush butter mixture over the sliders.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes and then serve.
