Air Fryer Buttermilk Duck Tenders

You can make mouthwatering Buttermilk Duck Tenders from our Duck Breast! Just cut the Duck Breast into 1/2 inch strips and submerge it in buttermilk. You'll then mix it with the flour mixture and egg and air fry it for 10-15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/3 cup Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp. Dried Thyme
  • 1 Egg

Direction

  • Carefully Remove skin off duck breast and slice into ½ in strips. Add buttermilk to a bowl and submerge duck. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, mix flour, corn starch, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
  • In another bowl, whisk egg.
  • Remove duck from the buttermilk. Dip each duck piece into flour mixture, then egg, then back into the flour mixture.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil. Add duck tenders into the basket in a single layer, spray generously with cooking oil, and air fry for 10-15 minutes or until 165 degrees.
  • Serve with your favorite sauce.
