Ingredients
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/3 cup Cornstarch
- 1 tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- ½ tsp. Dried Thyme
- 1 Egg
Direction
- Carefully Remove skin off duck breast and slice into ½ in strips. Add buttermilk to a bowl and submerge duck. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, corn starch, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
- In another bowl, whisk egg.
- Remove duck from the buttermilk. Dip each duck piece into flour mixture, then egg, then back into the flour mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil. Add duck tenders into the basket in a single layer, spray generously with cooking oil, and air fry for 10-15 minutes or until 165 degrees.
- Serve with your favorite sauce.
