Ingredients
- 8 oz. Duck Bacon,Defrosted
- 12 oz. Egg Noodles
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- ½ cup Vodka
- 2 cups Tomato Sauce
- ½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- Parmesan Cheese
- Italian Seasoning
Direction
- Prepare pasta according to package instructions with a pinch of salt. Cook until al dente. Drain and set aside in separate bowl.
- Chop garlic and dice duck bacon.
- Sear duck bacon in large frying pan on medium-high heat.
- Once duck fat has rendered, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add vodka to pan, lower to medium heat and reduce by half.
- Add tomato sauce. Bring to simmer and lower to medium-low heat.
- While simmering, add heavy whipping cream and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add pasta and stir. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and Italian seasoning to taste. Serve in bowls and enjoy!
