Ingredients
- ½ cupDuck Fat, Melted
- 1 can Kernel Corn,Drained
- 1 can Creamed Corn
- 2 Large Eggs,Whisked
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 box Corn Muffin Mix
Direction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted duck fat, whisked eggs, sour cream, kernel corn, and creamed corn.
- Add in corn muffin mix and stir until evenly mixed.
- Pour into a greased baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes then serve.
