Duck Fat Corn Casserole

A Tucker family favorite! Duck Fat is used in this American classic side dish - only requiring 6 ingredients to make this delicious and easy recipe.

Ingredients

  • ½ cupDuck Fat, Melted
  • 1 can Kernel Corn,Drained
  • 1 can Creamed Corn
  • 2 Large Eggs,Whisked
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 box Corn Muffin Mix

Direction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine melted duck fat, whisked eggs, sour cream, kernel corn, and creamed corn.
  • Add in corn muffin mix and stir until evenly mixed.
  • Pour into a greased baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Let cool for 5-10 minutes then serve.
