Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Duck Fat , Melted
- 4 Servings Store Bought French Fries
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Truffle Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp Truffle Oil
- ½ tsp. Dried Thyme
Direction
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. In a bowl, toss frozen French fries in duck fat with truffle salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Air fry fries for 12-15 minutes or until crispy. Toss halfway through.
- Transfer fries to a large bowl. Drizzle with truffle oil and toss to coat. Add half of the parmesan and all the dried thyme and toss again.
- Serve duck fat fries with remaining parmesan on top.
