Crispy Duck Asian Salad

Enjoy a healthy and mouth watering salad featuring our Roast Half Duck. It only takes 20 minutes to put together - perfect for a side dish or a main dish!

Ingredients

  • 10 cups Mixed Greens
  • 2 cups Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Edamame
  • 1 cup Crispy Wonton Strips
  • 1 Bunch Green Onions,Thinly Sliced
  • ¼ cup Sesame Seeds
  • 1 cup Sesame-Ginger Dressing

Direction

  • Preheat convection oven to 375 degrees. Bake Roast half duck in a sheet pan for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
  • Shred duck into bite size pieces.
  • Toss greens, carrots, edamame, and green onions in a large bowl.
  • Divide out into 10 salad entrees bowls.
  • Top with crispy duck and wonton strips.
  • Drizzle with sesame ginger dressing and garnish with sesame seeds.
