Ingredients
- 3 Roast Half Ducks , Defrosted
- 10 cups Mixed Greens
- 2 cups Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Edamame
- 1 cup Crispy Wonton Strips
- 1 Bunch Green Onions,Thinly Sliced
- ¼ cup Sesame Seeds
- 1 cup Sesame-Ginger Dressing
Direction
- Preheat convection oven to 375 degrees. Bake Roast half duck in a sheet pan for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
- Shred duck into bite size pieces.
- Toss greens, carrots, edamame, and green onions in a large bowl.
- Divide out into 10 salad entrees bowls.
- Top with crispy duck and wonton strips.
- Drizzle with sesame ginger dressing and garnish with sesame seeds.
