Ingredients
- 8 Slices Duck Bacon
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 4 oz. sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ranch seasoning packet
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Scoop Chips
Direction
- Set cream cheese out to soften.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Place single layer of duck bacon in skillet. Cook 2-4 minutes per side. Remove bacon and let rest on paper towels.
- Dice duck bacon into small pieces.
- To a large bowl mix duck bacon with cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar, sour cream, ranch seasoning, green onions, and garlic. Mix well.
- Form the dip mixture into a cheeseball. Place on a cheeseboard with scoop chips and veggies to snack on.
