Duck Burger Bowl

Deconstruct your burger to make this tasty dish. It has pickles, tomatoes, cheese & ground duck in it - make sure to add duck fat fries for a delicious finishing touch! It takes you about 30 minutes to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. Duck Fat
  • 12 oz. Ground Duck
  • 1 ½ cups Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt, divided
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder, divided
  • 1 tsp onion powder, divided
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp. Paprika
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. Relish
  • 1 tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 tsp. Yellow Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp White Vinegar
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 roma tomato, diced
  • ½ cup dill pickle slices
  • 1 cup fat free cheddar cheese

Direction

  • Preheat air-fryer to 400 degrees. Chop potatoes into matchsticks. Toss with duck fat and half the salt and air fry for 15-20 minutes.
  • Preheat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Mix ground duck with ½ tsp. garlic powder, ½ tsp. onion powder, ½ tsp. salt, and pepper.
  • Brown ground duck and onion slices in pan for 7 minutes.
  • Mix together remaining garlic and onion powder with paprika, plain yogurt, relish, mustard, ketchup, and vinegar to make burger sauce.
  • Assemble the bowls with romaine lettuce at the bottom topped with the ground duck and onion mixture, duck fat potatoes, roma tomato, pickles, cheese, and burger sauce. Serve immediately.
