Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. Duck Fat
- 12 oz. Ground Duck
- 1 ½ cups Yukon gold potatoes
- 1 tsp salt, divided
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder, divided
- 1 tsp onion powder, divided
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp. Paprika
- 1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Relish
- 1 tbsp. ketchup
- 2 tsp. Yellow Mustard
- 1 Tbsp White Vinegar
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 roma tomato, diced
- ½ cup dill pickle slices
- 1 cup fat free cheddar cheese
Direction
- Preheat air-fryer to 400 degrees. Chop potatoes into matchsticks. Toss with duck fat and half the salt and air fry for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Mix ground duck with ½ tsp. garlic powder, ½ tsp. onion powder, ½ tsp. salt, and pepper.
- Brown ground duck and onion slices in pan for 7 minutes.
- Mix together remaining garlic and onion powder with paprika, plain yogurt, relish, mustard, ketchup, and vinegar to make burger sauce.
- Assemble the bowls with romaine lettuce at the bottom topped with the ground duck and onion mixture, duck fat potatoes, roma tomato, pickles, cheese, and burger sauce. Serve immediately.
