Ingredients
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Cumin
- 2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
- 1 Cup Orange Juice
- 1 Cup Cola
- Juice of 2 Limes
- 6 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
- 8 Corn Tortillas
- ½ Cup Cilantro, Finely Chopped
- 1 White Onion, Diced
- 1 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Direction
- Place Duck Legs in a medium slow cooker and evenly sprinkle salt, cumin, and chili powder on top. Add in garlic.
- Pour in the orange juice, cola, and lime juice.
- Cover and cook for 3.5 hours on high in the slow cooker.
- Remove the duck legs from the slow cooker and shred the meat.
- Heat the cooking oil in large pan on medium-high heat then sear the duck carnitas meat in the pan for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve duck carnitas meat in tortillas topped with cilantro and onions.
