Ingredients
- ½ Cup Duck Fat
- 2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 Cup peanut butter
- 1/2 Cup skim milk
Direction
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl combine the flour and baking powder. In another bowl mix duck fat, peanut butter, and milk.
- Add wet and dry mixture together, mixing well.
- Roll dough out on a flour surface. Cut with a biscuit cutter. Place on a nonstick or greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool then serve.
