Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. Duck Fat
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Cups Corn Chex
- 2 Cups Rice Chex
- 3/4 Cup Peanuts
- 3/4 Cup Mini Pretzels
- 1 Cup Bagel or Rye Chips
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp. Onion Powder
Direction
- Preheat oven to 300.
- Melt butter and Duck Fat together in microwave. Stir in spices and Worcestershire into to melted mixture.
- Add remaining ingredients in a large bowl and pour melted spice and liquid mixture over. Toss to coat.
- Line a large pan with parchment paper. Spread Chex mix on pan. Bake for 40 minutes stirring halfway through. Let cool then serve.
