Ingredients
Burgers:
- 12 oz. Ground Duck
- ¼ Cup Panko
- ¼ Cup Sweet Onion, Diced
- 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Cumin
- 4 Tortillas
- 4 Slices Cheddar Cheese
- Shredded Lettuce
- Sliced Pickles
Sauce:
- ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Relish
- 2 tsp. Yellow Mustard
- 1 Tbsp White Vinegar
- ½ tsp. Paprika
- ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp. Sea Salt
Direction
- Preheat your griddle to medium high heat.
- Mix Ground Duck with panko, onion, chili powder and cumin. Separate the mix into 4 balls.
- Place the duck meat balls on the griddle and smash them down with a tortilla and a weight. Let cook for 5 minutes.
- While tacos cook, mix mayo, relish, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and sea salt to form our burger sauce.
- Flip the smash tacos and place a slice of cheese on top of each taco. Let cook for 2 more minutes.
- Top each smash taco with shredded, lettuce, pickles, and burger sauce.
