Duck Smash Tacos

Ingredients

Burgers:

  • ¼ Cup Panko
  • ¼ Cup Sweet Onion, Diced
  • 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Cumin
  • 4 Tortillas
  • 4 Slices Cheddar Cheese
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Sliced Pickles

Sauce:

  • ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Relish
  • 2 tsp. Yellow Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp White Vinegar
  • ½ tsp. Paprika
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Sea Salt

Direction

  • Preheat your griddle to medium high heat.
  • Mix Ground Duck with panko, onion, chili powder and cumin. Separate the mix into 4 balls.
  • Place the duck meat balls on the griddle and smash them down with a tortilla and a weight. Let cook for 5 minutes.
  • While tacos cook, mix mayo, relish, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and sea salt to form our burger sauce.
  • Flip the smash tacos and place a slice of cheese on top of each taco. Let cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Top each smash taco with shredded, lettuce, pickles, and burger sauce.
