Ingredients
- 4 slices Duck Bacon
- Pizza Dough
- ½ cup Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup Farmer's Market Cheese
- Morel Mushrooms for Topping (Dried or Fresh)
- Cherry Tomatoes for Topping
- ½ cup Parmesan
- Basil for Garnish
- Arugula
- Semolina Flour
- Chili Flakes
Direction
- Preheat pizza oven. (or if using regular oven, preheat to 400 degrees).
- Cut duck bacon slices into thin strips.
- On a surface sprinkled with semolina flour, stretch your pizza to 12 inches round. Light flour the bottom of the pizza to prevent sticking.
- Place your pizza on the “pizza peel” for the pizza oven, or on a pan for the regular oven. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce. Top with farmers’ market cheese, tomatoes, morel mushrooms, duck bacon, and parmesan .
- Launch the pizza into the pizza oven and cook for 90 seconds. (If using regular oven, bake for 15-20 minutes.)
- Top with basil and chili flakes.
