Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Pulled Duck Leg Meat , Defrosted
- 8 Mandarin Pancakes (or Flour Tortillas if Unavailable)
- 1 cup Julienned Cucumber
- 1 cup Julienned Scallions
- ½ cup Hoisin Sauce
- Napa Cabbage Garnish
Direction
- In a pan on medium heat, warm pulled duck meat for 5-10 minutes to get a slight crisp.
- Steam or griddle mandarin pancakes (or tortillas).
- Assemble wrap: Lay down mandarin pancake, spread 1-2 tablespoons of sauce, add 4 oz. of duck, top with cucumber and scallions.
- Wrap burrito style. Serve on top of napa cabbage for garnish.
