Peking Duck Wrap

This rollup features tender duck, crisp vegetables and hoisin sauce wrapped in a soft flour tortilla (or mandarin pancake). A simple, stylish way to enjoy bold Asian flavors and our Pulled Duck Leg Meat.

Ingredients

  • 8 Mandarin Pancakes (or Flour Tortillas if Unavailable)
  • 1 cup Julienned Cucumber
  • 1 cup Julienned Scallions
  • ½ cup Hoisin Sauce
  • Napa Cabbage Garnish

Direction

  • In a pan on medium heat, warm pulled duck meat for 5-10 minutes to get a slight crisp.
  • Steam or griddle mandarin pancakes (or tortillas).
  • Assemble wrap: Lay down mandarin pancake, spread 1-2 tablespoons of sauce, add 4 oz. of duck, top with cucumber and scallions.
  • Wrap burrito style. Serve on top of napa cabbage for garnish.
