Ingredients
- 1 Roast Half Duck , Defrosted
- 1-2 Heirloom Tomatoes,Sliced
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 4 oz. Fresh Mozzarella,Sliced
- 1 Cup Baby Greens
- 2 Handfuls Fresh Basil Leaves
- Salt and Cracked Pepper to Taste
- Balsamic Glaze for Garnish
Direction
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Place Roast Half Duck skin side down on a rack and heat for 10 minutes.
- Optional: Lightly oil tomato slices. Cook on grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Turn duck over and heat for an additional 5minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Shred the duck into bite size pieces.
- On a platter, layer greens, sliced tomatoes, mozzarella, basil leaves and duck meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
