Ingredients
- 8 oz. Duck Bacon
- 6 oz. Boursin cheese
- 5 mozzarella cheese sticks
- 10 toothpicks
- Crackers for dipping
- Veggies for dipping
- Grapes for garnish
Direction
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Place single layer of duck bacon in skillet. Cook 2-4 minutes per side. Remove bacon and let rest on paper towels.
- Once duck bacon is cool, wrap each mozzarella cheese stick with a duck bacon slice. Secure duck bacon to cheese with toothpicks.
- On a charcuterie cutting board. Place duck bacon wrapped mozzarella sticks in a hand/finger formation. Add the Boursin cheese at the end of the mozzarella “fingers” and form into a hand and wrist shape.
- Wrap the Boursin cheese with the remaining duck bacon to make a Halloween charcuterie hand.
- Add crackers, veggies, and grapes to finish your Halloween charcuterie board.
