Ingredients
- 12 oz. Ground Duck
- 1 Cup Parmesan, shredded
- 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
Direction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown ground duck for 7-10 minutes. Mix in parsley.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place a tablespoon of duck and sprinkle parmesan on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese crisps up. Let cool for 5 minutes then serve.
