Ingredients
- 24 oz. Ground Duck
- 1 tsp. Ground Sage
- ½ tsp. Basil
- ½ tsp. Chili Powder
- ½ tsp. Thyme
- ½ tsp Cayenne
- 16 oz. Cream Cheese
- 2 Cans of Diced Tomatoes, Drained
- Chips for Serving
Direction
- Mix Ground Duck , sage, basil, chili powder, thyme, cayenne, salt and pepper to create duck sausage.
- In a large pan on medium-high heat, brown the duck sausage for 5-10 minutes.
- Add the duck sausage and diced tomatoes into a medium slow cooker.
- Cube the cream cheese and add to the slow cooker.
- Heat the slow cooker on high for 1 hr. Stir every 15-20 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and serve with tortilla chips.
