Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Thinly Sliced Celery
- 3 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Sage
- 2-1/2 cups Duck Stock or Chicken Broth
- 6 cups Packaged Cornbread Stuffing Mix
Direction
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Add onion, celery and sage; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add stock or broth; bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat; stir in stuffing mix until moistened.
- Transfer to a buttered casserole dish.
- Cover; bake 25-30 minutes or until stuffing is hot.
