Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Duck Wing Drumettes
- 3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Hoisin
- 3 Tbsp. Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- ½ tsp. Sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Chili Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Five Spice
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger, grated
- 6 cloves Garlic, minced
- Sliced Green Onions for Garnish
- Sesame Seeds for Garnish
Direction
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place duck wings on a greased foil lined baking sheet. Bake duck wings for 13 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, hoisin, ketchup, brown sugar, sesame oil, lemon juice, rice wine vinegar, chili sauce, five spice, ginger, and garlic in a large bowl.
- Let duck wings cool then toss wings in the sauce to coat.
- Bring oven down to 375 degrees. Place the duck wings back on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Baste with extra sauce half way through.
- Top with green onions and sesame seeds to serve.
