Ingredients
- 6 Slices of Turkey Deli Meat
- 6 Slices of Chicken Deli Meat
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 3 Large Flour Tortillas
- 8 Slices of Duck Bacon , Defrosted
- 3 Tbsp. Chives,Thinly Sliced
Direction
- Once cool, dice duck bacon into bits.
- Mix duck bacon bits, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and chives together in a mixing bowl.
- In frying pan on medium-high heat, fry duck bacon pieces for 1 to 2 minutes per side.
- Evenly divide and spread mixture over flour tortillas.
- Top mixture with 2 slices of chicken deli meat and 2 slices of turkey deli meat on each tortilla.
- Tightly roll up tortilla then place in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Cut off ends of the roll up, then slice each tortilla into 6 to 8 one-inch pieces and serve.
