Cooking Instructions

  1. Place the duck breast skin-side down in a cold skillet
  2. Turn heat to medium
  3. Cook skin-side down for 6–10 minutes
  4. Pour off excess fat as it accumulates
  5. Flip the duck breast and cook for 2–4 minutes on the meat side
  6. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F measured by a meat thermometer
  7. Let the duck rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
