Ingredients
- 8 oz. Duck Bacon
- 1 tbsp. Duck Fat
- 1 lb. Tail-On Shrimp,Peeled (Deveined)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- Toothpicks
Direction
- Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with duck fat, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut duck bacon slices in half lengthwise. Wrap each shrimp with a half slice of duck bacon, securing with a toothpick.
- Add duck bacon wrapped shrimp to air fryer in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
