Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Maple Leaf Farms Rendered Duck Fat , divided
- 1/4 cup Onion, minced
- 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts, halved with stems removed
- 1 large Garlic Clove, minced
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Direction
- Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon duck fat and coat bottom of pan. Add onions and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add remaining duck fat to pan, along with sprouts and garlic. Toss to coat evenly. Cook 3-4 minutes, tossing every minute. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper, to taste. Toss once more and cook for 1 additional minute.
- Remove pan from heat. Serve and enjoy.
Air-Fryer Method:
- In a bowl, mix duck fat, brussels sprouts, onion, garlic salt, and pepper until coated evenly.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Add in duck fat brussels sprouts into air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes. Shake half way through. Serve immediately.
