Ingredients
- 1 cup Prepared BBQ Sauce (your favorite brand)
- 2 Tbsp Onion, chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Green Chilies with Seeds, finely chopped
- 2 tsp Fresh Lime Juice
Direction
- Combine BBQ sauce, onions, garlic, chilies and lime juice in saucepan.
- Over medium heat, bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and refrigerate, if not used soon.
- Follow package directions for roasting duck.
- When duck is cool, cut duck into quarters
- Remove back and rib bones, if desired.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place quarters on rack in a shallow pan; brush with BBQ sauce.
- Bake for 15 minutes, basting with BBQ sauce frequently.
