Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Sage, ground
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Marjoram
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Direction
- In deep bowl combine all ingredients until well blended.
For Meatballs:
- Shape into 24 large marble-sized balls. Freeze.
- Bake unthawed, starting out in cold oven, at 325F for 20-25 minutes.
For Patties:
- Shape into 8 1/4-cup patties. Freeze.
- Bake unthawed, starting out in cold oven, at 325F for 20-25 minutes.
