Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Onion Soup Mix
- 4 cups Coarsely Chopped and Peeled Potatoes
- 2 cups Coarsely Chopped Carrots
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 medium Onion,Coarsely Chopped
Direction
- Take duck from bag and remove neck and giblets. Pat dry inside and out.
- Place all ingredients except duck in slow cooker with 1/2 cup water. Stir.
- Place duck on vegetables. Cover. Cook on high for 5 hours or until tender. Serve with wild rice mix.
- Optional: finish under the broiler for 5 minutes for crispy skin.
