Ingredients
- 6Slices Duck Bacon,Defrosted
- 4 Slices Sourdough Bread
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 1 Medium Tomato,Thick Sliced
- 4 Leaves Butter Lettuce
- 2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
- Pinch of Salt
Direction
- In skillet over medium-high heat, fry duck bacon halves 2- 3minutes per side, set aside.
- Butter each side of bread slices. Toast on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Spread mayo on one side of each slice of bread.
- Add a pinch of salt on top of the tomato slices.
- Layer, bread, lettuce, tomato, duck bacon, and bread. Serve immediately.
