Duck Bacon Loaded Tots

A classic simple snack with just the right amount of crunch. Sprinkle the baked tater tots with green onions duck bacon and sour cream for a late night snack!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Duck Bacon
  • 4 Cups Tater Tots
  • 1 tsp. duck fat or cooking oil
  • 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp. Sour Cream
  • 1 bunch Green Onions, thinly sliced

Direction

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees. To a lined baking sheet or skillet, add tater tots and toss with duck fat/cooking oil. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Place single layer of duck bacon in skillet. Cook 2-4 minutes per side. Remove bacon to paper towels. Repeat until all bacon has been cooked.
  • Chop Duck Bacon into crumbles.
  • Once tater tots have baked, top tots with cheddar and duck bacon crumbles. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Top with sour cream and green onions and serve.
